General Terms

By using the mxbaji website (https://mxbaji.cam) and all associated services ("Platform"), you are considered to have agreed to these terms and conditions. This document forms a legally binding agreement between you and mxbaji. You are requested to read each section carefully.

mxbaji reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Continued use of the platform after any change means you automatically agree to the new terms.

This platform operates entirely for entertainment purposes. mxbaji ensures SSL encryption and fair play as a safe and reliable platform. The information or services provided here do not constitute financial advice.

1.1 Scope of Terms

These terms apply to all services on the mxbaji platform — including sports betting, live casino, slots, virtual sports, mini baccarat and all other gaming products.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one mxbaji account. If more than one account is found under the same person's name, those accounts will be closed and the deposited balance and bonuses may be forfeited.

3.2 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. mxbaji reserves the right to terminate an account if false or incorrect information is provided.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

mxbaji conducts identity verification to prevent fraud and ensure security. Before a withdrawal or at any time, you may be asked to submit a national identity card, passport or other valid identity document. Failure to complete verification may result in withdrawals being temporarily suspended.

3.4 Password and Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. You must not give anyone else access to your account. If any unauthorised activity occurs on your account, notify the mxbaji support team immediately.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mxbaji currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal processing time: Generally 15 minutes to 2 hours

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same method used for the deposit, unless that is not possible due to a technical reason.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the mxbaji platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.5 Deposit Rejection

mxbaji reserves the right to reject any deposit or withdrawal request in cases of suspected fraudulent activity or pending identity verification.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

mxbaji offers newly registered members a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,200 → total balance ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳14,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 → total balance ৳22,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 10x (ten times) wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager an amount equal to 10 times the bonus before withdrawing any winnings from it.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of the bonus system — such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, bonus arbitrage or coordinated betting — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.4 Other Promotions

Various special offers and promotions are provided from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which will be detailed on the promotions page.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

mxbaji is committed to ensuring fair play. All game outcomes are determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG). There is no possibility of artificial interference with any game result.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game or betting market has set minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. mxbaji reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game session is incomplete due to server disruption, network issues or software error, mxbaji will review that session's outcome and attempt to provide a fair resolution. However, mxbaji is not liable for losses caused by technical errors.

6.4 Game Providers

The mxbaji game library includes games from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft, JILI and many other reputable providers. The terms and conditions of third-party game providers may also apply.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mxbaji platform:

• Attempting to influence game outcomes through fraud, cheating or any other dishonest means
• Using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence to operate games or bets automatically
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Hacking, cracking or attempting to breach platform security

• Facilitating access to the platform for minors
• Exploiting any platform vulnerability or technical error as an opportunity

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balance and bonuses, and legal action where applicable.

Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Closure at User Request

You may request the closure of your account at any time. In this case, any existing balance will be withdrawable, but any unused bonuses will be cancelled.

8.2 Closure by mxbaji

mxbaji may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity
• Order from a court or regulatory authority
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period

In any circumstance, mxbaji's maximum liability will not exceed the balance available in the user's account.

11.2 Disputes Regarding Game Outcomes

If a dispute arises over a game outcome, server logs and game records will be considered the final proof. The game software provider's own audit report will also be taken into account.

11.3 Resolution Process
